Hi There, I dont see a tab for trash, which was there previsouly, and contained trashed tables that I now need. Is there any way to bring back the trashed tables?

@shaunf13 Sorry for the late reply. The trash tab should show if there are previously trashed items. They could have been gone, incase you used a cleaning / optimisation plugin to optimise the site.
But, the table could still be in the Database which you can access with hosting CPanel PHPMyADmin.
