Subscriptions and Questionnaire integrated

I would like to know if it is possible to have the Subscriptions plugin connected to this plugin that allows us to do the following:

We have monthly subscription boxes set at a fixed price. The user commits for 1, 3, 6, 9 months, but paid monthly as subscriptions. The longer, the cheaper per box.

The difference here is that we need to ask a few questions to customize the products that will go inside the box. The price will not change according to the answers, it is only to understand the customer’s preferences. Example: colour(s) preference for the products, male or female, etc.

If, at any time, the user decides to change the preferences, he could do it and the admin would get a notification by email for example.

Is this doable?
