    Despite everything being in order with MailPoet (business plan subscription, verified email, validated DNS), I can’t use the extension to send newsletters.

    Subscription verification status is blocked with the message : “MailPoet is verifying your subscription…”

    MailPoet’s technical support is appalling; it’s an AI-powered robot that either doesn’t respond or gives irrelevant answers. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?

    For some additional context, I can see that you currently have two premium subscriptions. One of them has already been approved, while the other is still pending approval. The Business 2,500 plan is approved, and the Business 1,500 plan is pending approval and is associated with the website taximmo.fr.

    If you only need one subscription, you can connect the license key from the already approved plan to your site. If instead you prefer to use the Business 1,500 plan, let us know through the form above and we can approve that plan and cancel the Business 2,500 subscription so you are not billed for both renewals.

    I activated the subscription that was already authorized, and the website seems to be working. My client made a mistake by purchasing two pro subscriptions, and since I was only the webmaster, I didn’t have access to the account to identify the problem. Would it be possible to get a refund for the license that was mistakenly purchased twice? The license number is c8*124. I look forward to your response.

    I can confirm the other subscription has been cancelled and refunded.

    Kindly please note it will take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed on your card.
