Submit button disabled

Hi,

first of all: thanks for the great work!

Unfortunately, my comment form cannot be submitted, because the button keeps being disabled though I’ve checked the agree checkbox. Further, the checkbox is displayed twice. It does not help to check both checkboxes – the button is still disabled. On hovering, a grey overlay comes up and covers half (!) of the button.

I use Customizr as WordPress Theme.
