    This is a great plugin but is it still being supported?

    From the looks of the topics it looks like support basically stopped 4 months ago.

    Any suggestions?

    Your doubts are real. For some reasons I was not able to provide support.
    But I can assure you that this plugin will be supported and free as long as it is useful.
