Hi! I had posted a ticket 2 days back regarding firewall issue where it is giving a False positive for add to cart of few brands. I had installed a new plugin version given by you and it worked but it is occurring again for other products.

Hello.

We have fixed this. Please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page). This action will update the local database and exclude false positives.

I encounter the same issue, and this prevents customers to sign the electronic contracts online after the order has been processed. this is not good !

I’ve made a typo. Please, make a synchronization for the Security plugin:

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> gray button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ on the top of the page.
