Small activation error & something else

Got this message after activating the plugin.
The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
And about that “something else”
When I go in mobile view with chrome or accesing the site from my phone, after scrolling the pics & trying to go back to the 1st one, it disappears. The 1st photo is gone & a blank white square is there.
The bullets are not working after u click once. The 2nd time u want to click them are not working.
But… when i installed “AccessPress Instagram Feed” & activated it & let it installed, your plugin worked as he was intended to work. I think that the 1st problem with “1 character of unexpected” is creating a problem with this & AccessPress Instagram Feed had that piece of code that is missing from yours.
I will let the plugin installed on my site without the AccessPress plugin for you to see what is the problem with it. Hope you answer very fast because is not so nice to have a problematic plugin on ur site.
