For some reason, none of my slider thumbnails or large images are displaying unless the page is resized in some way. Otherwise all I see are the loading indicators for the thumbnails. This problem appears to have mysteriously appeared only recently when the plugin was auto updated.

Here are some example links so you can see what I mean. Notice how the slider displays correctly only after the browser is resized (of if the developer console is opened, etc.)

Why is this happening and how can we fix it?

    Thanks,

    Hi Yvan,

It could be a CSS conflicts.
Is there any custom CSS did you apply?

    Thanks

Try to create a test slider and embaed it on blank page.
    OR
If you are using any Perfomace / Cache plugin try to deactivate it.

Thanks for your reply, but your 2nd suggestion didn’t work (and no, there is no custom CSS or caching plugin enabled). I ended up having to apply some custom PHP/jQuery code to my theme’s functions.php file and now the problem has been resolved. I’d share the code here if it were possible, but I can’t seem to paste it in .. or to upload any screenshots. Anyways, .. thanks for your timely response!

    Thanks for update Yvan.

Did you apply Jquery tweak to resize the div?

    Thanks

Yes .. It was a PHP code snippet that loaded a special “resize” jQuery function. Like I mentioned, the support forum won’t let me paste in the code or upload screenshots.
