Site scan does not work

The Site Scan does not work well. Since installing Solid Security Basis, the site scan triggers the same error every time:

I’ve deactivated all plugins, but that does not clear the issue. I use Twenty Twenty Four by default.

It doesn’t matter if the site scan is triggered automatically or manual.

What could I do to fix it?

Hello,

Glad you reached out here!

Solid Security Basic throttles connections based on IP address. This limit, 10 minutes, can be hit easily if on a shared host using the same IP address or you have many WordPress installs on the same server/host.

Please avoid doing a manual scan and allow the next few automatic scans to try to complete and let me know if you still run into the issue!

It has been two weeks since the last site scan and I’ve tried it again. Unfortunately it returns the same error. Just to update you.
