Simple Subtitle conflict with WP Show Posts plugin?

    I added Simple Subtitle to one of my blogs, and it appears to have a conflict with another plugin, WP Show Posts.

    On an index of published posts using WP Show Posts, your plugin adds an unwanted piece of code beneath the image.

    The unwanted text is “Be­cause the Six­ties didn’t just end with the ’60s!” itemprop=“image” class=“center” />.”

    Why is it there and can I get rid of it?
