showing the pods only in one article category

at the moment the pods show up after every article, but i want them only to show up in article category ‘podcasts’, which i am not able to find out how to do the trick.

i wanted to understand if this works with [if post category is ‘podcasts’]my content[/if] somehow in the template or with Custom Singular Template Filter, where i am mentally not able to wrap my brain around what to write there.

maybe it is very easy. thank you for any help including example code.
