Shortcode – default view grid

Hi,

at first glance the plugin seems to be a good alternative for TEC.
But as it seems, it’s difficult to use with Polylang.

As it is not possible, to use the standard event-page with Polylang (we get 404 page not found on the translated page), we want do use shortcodes to display the event-list.

But there doesn’t seem to be a parameter / option to change the view of the event list, eg to grid-view.
There is no hint in the documentation (https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/shortcodes/) and the setting “Default view” does not apply to the shortcode [events_list]

So is there another trick to get it done?

Similar question for the search bar, there is no shortcode… no possibility to include it?
