Hi all

I want to set up my theme, posts, redirects etc before I buy the hosting. Is there any way to do this?

You can set up a local installation of WordPress on your PC/Mac and then transfer it to your host once you’ve got it the way you want it. The process isn’t super easy, but there are a ton of tutorials on the web
