Setting up the mail settings – Beginner

Hi,
I’m setting up Contact Form 7 on a Betheme site at https://www.a-plus.dk/kontakt/. The formatting is fine – but I need help filling out the mail settings to get the form to work.
I can not get the form to send to my e-mail.

I need the form to send to my e-mail team@a-plus.dk (on the same domain) but even though I read the documentation and forums I can’t get it to work – and the form doesn’t send anything.
Could you please help with this?
I don’t need other fields than name/e-mail/telephone/message.

Yes, I get the error message that “There was an error trying to send your message”
