Scan Not Working

    Hi. I installed SS and the Site Scan is not working. It show a Red X for “Plugins”, “Themes”, “WordPress Core”, and “Google Safe Browsing”. Yet “Two Factor” and “Password” show a Check Mark. What could this be? Thank you in advance.

    Hi @storks,

    Glad you reached out, and I’m here to help!

    What you are seeing is an incorrect display of those four modules that happens when the Solid Security’s “Logging” method is set to “File Only”.

    Despite the incorrect display for those modules, the Site Scan will work as expected, which you can verify via Security > Logs.

    To remove the incorrect “X” marks when running a manual Site Scan, go to your Security > Setting > Global Settings > Logging and set it to “Database Only” or “Both”. Then run another manual Site Scan to check.
