Saving not working

I try to save and it shows no errors, and looks like it updated, but if i open the page on a different browser or incognito it is not updated. It is weird because if I logout and login again into wordpress admin it shows the old values. Tried updating to the latest version and did not solve. Also tried doing the “Fix table” but it gives error and said to create a support request.
