Request Time Out

    I just setup Mailing.

    I followed article for “Other SMTP” and configured the settings as mentioned.

    While performing test email, it just spinning and then below message shows.

    Request Timeout

    This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

    Hi @itshereonly

    Thanks for reaching out and we apologise for the delayed response.

    In cases where we’ve seen timeout errors, it has been due to the server blocking the SMTP connection or due to other hosting-related issues.

    When you get the chance, could you please contact your hosting support with that error information? They should be able to resolve it for you 🙂

    It would also be helpful to ask them to check for any firewall rules blocking your SMTP connection.
