In the topic PHP notices, I reported notices related to missing array indices. Since the issue has not been resolved, I’ve reset the status to “unresolved” today.

The notices can be reproduced by visiting a form’s action URL—regardless of whether the form includes conditional fields.

I’m still unable to reproduce this. Could you walk me trough the process?

Let’s assume I have a clean WP installation, with a form as you can see here: https://experiments.bdwm.be/wp/sample-page/

What would cause the notices to appear? I tried submitting the form, but no errors appear in my server logs.

Could you maybe set up a form that causes the problem in the form tester? https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester/

I also notice that you have some duplicate field names, this is not allowed. See All field names should be unique

I can’t reproduce this issue anymore. I will open a new issue once I can provide a reproducible example. Thank you!
