For your information, we always try our best to ensure we give maximum device & OS compatibility support for our plugin; however, it is difficult for us to keep track of supporting the compatibility for OS, which has already run out of their Active & Security Support.
As you might be aware, certain OS have already ended their active & security support.

I have already reported the issue to our development team, however, as informed above, the development team often stays more committed to sharing support & updates for OS, which has running Active & Security Support. The team will still investigate and look for a solution/workaround.

I have made a small change to the javascript in version 9.9.0 and above which MAY help with older devices. Hope it helps.
