Redirection before emtying form

    Hi
    We use your plugin to redirect to another page after sending a contact 7 form.

    The problem is, that the form is emptying and the success message comes and after that the redirection happens.

    This is sometimes a problem, because the visitors think, that it was not ok and they send it again.

    Is it possible to redirect befor emtying the form? Or how we can solve this?

    Hi @yourchoice,

    No, this is not possible because the form submission triggers a page refresh immediately after the entry is submitted.

    If your users are feeling confused by this behavior, you can display a success message and adjust the redirection delay settings. Instead of redirecting instantly, you can configure the delay to redirect users after a few seconds (e.g., 5 or 10 seconds).

    You can set this up under the Action Settings, as shown in the screenshot below:
