Both Ultimate Addons for Elementor (UAE) and Essential Addons for Elementor (EA) have widgets for creating a login page. But neither will work because of the reCaptcha setting for login in Wordfence?

    A) Can this be made compatible somehow?
    B) EA has a reCaptcha setting but I still need to turn off Wordfence reCaptcha for login
    C) Can I turn on the WordPress login page and only use a plugin?
    D) Is there any way I can have a custom login page?
    E) Is it a bad idea to turn off the Wordfence reCaptcha for logins?

    Thank you for your help,

Hi @klngroup, thanks for getting in touch.

We have found that developers or anybody manually able to edit their custom login pages could try to make other forms compatible by naming elements similarly to the default WordPress pages: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-logging-with-the-form-in-the-frontend-of-the-site-always-gives-an-error/#post-17747476

We are looking into further compatibility with other popular plugins in future, although I can’t comment on any timescales or choices around which may become compatible. There may be other plugins, or add-ons for the plugins you’re already using that could add a compatible reCAPTCHA to your forms instead. It is possible to run Wordfence with its Login Security features disabled so that you can still benefit from our site scans and real-time protection.

    Many thanks,
    Peter.

I think the issue goes beyond a third party plug-in and I’m not technical enough to diagnose it myself. Even when disable Wordfence log-in and use the WordPress log-in screen any custom roles, for some reason, do not always log-in.

Testing different plug-ins was confusing because sometimes it would work, other times not. It turns out it was my cache plug-in. I’ve turned that all and everything is working much better.

However, I am looking forward to WordFence and log-in plug-in compatibility. I prefer having my own log-in screen, it looks much nicer.

    Thank you for your response.
