    I currently am receiving a critical error on my Quadmenu plugin. I tried using the support feature on the main website, but there looks to be an error on that page, and it will not allow submission.

    I am updated on both the plugin and WordPress, but because of this error, I cannot update any plugins and cannot update content properly. I’d try to find an old version of the plugin to reinstall, as this only occurred after a plugin update, but have customizations I’m not sure I can back up.

    Looks like it is some sort of admin ajax error. If I can get any updates or assistance on this, I can provide more information.

    @deuker Hi mate,

    To help us better understand and resolve the issue you’re facing, could you please provide the following information:

    1. WordPress version you have installed.
    2. QuadMenu version where the issue occurs.
    3. PHP version running on your server.

      If possible, please share your PHP error log details PHP stores error logs in /var/log/apache2 if PHP is an apache2 module. Shared hosts are often storing log files in your root directory subfolder. If you’re using cPanel, the master log file you’re probably looking for is stored (by default) at: /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log If you’re not sure where to find PHP error logs please contact your hosting provider.

      Best regards, Quadmenu Support Team.
