Products missing

    Hi there,

    I have a very strange issue and I tried everything to fix it…

    Basically for example I have 8 products under Textstyle category, on backoffice you see 8, on PC you see 8, but on phone you see 5 with pagination where the other 3 are in the 2nd page…

    In another pc you don’t see the 8 products too…

    I’m using the “Woo Products” widget with the “Main Query”.
    I’m using a elementor template for the archive product.

    Another example, have 7 products in backoffice search, only 5 show in pc
    shorturl.at/tBX02 and same 5 in mobile. It’s a random issue…

    I disabled cache and issues remain…

    Hope you’re doing well today!

    I totally believe this is related to some setting in WooCommerce configuration itself, not Premium Addons. Our Woo Products Listing widget does not make any changes on the query. It shows the queried products just as they are.

    So, I recommend contacting WooCmmerce support team so they can have a look from their end and see what exactly is going there.
