Product Order on Loop Grid

I’ve set up all the product orders using the plugin and then using a loop grid on Elementor to pull it into an Archive page. It was working before Xmas but now stopped. Elementor support are suggesting something is missing from the pre_get_posts hook used for the loop grid after reading data from your plugin. Is this a bug in your plugin? Ideally I’d like to continue using the plugin if possible as I’ve got all the product order set up.

Just to add I’m using Version 5.0.8 of the plugin
