  • Hey @akucukkaya ,

Thank you for reaching out. Please check whether this is caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To do that, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and see if the issue remains. If the layout becomes normal, then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

You can also temporarily switch your theme to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty) to test whether the issue is theme-related. Once the conflicting plugin or theme is identified, we recommend contacting the respective plugin support regarding compatibility.

Let us know what you find.

I switched my theme a default Twenty Twenty, and deactivated all plugin but the issue still remains.

    Hey @akucukkaya ,

Thank you for the update. Does the site regain its original design if you deactivate Tutor LMS? If you are using a page builder to design your site, please keep it activated, as it is necessary for maintaining the layout and styling.

Additionally, we could not locate any Tutor LMS-related pages on your site. Please make sure all required Tutor LMS pages are created and assigned correctly. You can follow this guide to regenerate the necessary pages:

I reactivated my page builder plugin and changed my old theme; now it okey but I still didn’t reactivated other plugins that I had. What should I do now? do you think one of them makes this problem and does not work with Tutor LMS ?

and now I reactivated one of them bunny.net plugin, the problem showed up. Probably this is the problem. how can I solve this? PS I still didn’t try other plugins whether they cause this problem or not.

I reactivated all plugins that I had before, no one makes this problem except Bunny CDN Plugin. When I reactivated this plugin, the problem shows up.

    Hey @akucukkaya ,

Thank you for the update. Since the issue appears to be caused by a conflict with the Bunny.net plugin, we recommend reaching out to their support team for guidance on compatibility with your specific setup. They will be able to advise on any settings or updates needed to prevent the conflict.
