Problem with “Textarea” and “Checkboxgroup” fields

Hello.
I’m having a problem with the “Textarea” and “Checkboxgroup” fields in my form.
The information entered doesn’t appear in the order confirmation email on the customer side or the administrator side for the “Textarea.” And for the “Checkboxgroup,” the checked boxes don’t match what was written in the email. It only takes the first option.
