Problem with High-Performance Order Storage enabled:
In Orders -> Screen Options, when you disable any element it comes back enabled on its own
From what I gather, you are noticing that the Screen options selections are not saving, when HPOS is enabled at your site. Correct?
Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to test while both server-side (like LiteSpeed), and browser, cache is cleared and disabled, or otherwise?
Furthermore, could you verify if you notice the same behavior while all plugins, except WooCommerce, are disabled?

I already tried these options and it didn’t work.
After unchecking the boxes, there is no button to save the changes

We don’t have an exact timeline for when the team will investigate or resolve the issue, as bug reports are prioritized based on a few criteria.
