    Hi

    I have a problem with receiving an invoice for a card payment. I have already opened a support ticket on wp mail support through the form on the website and received a reply asking me to provide the card details, which I did. Unfortunately, since then I have not received any further contact, despite submitting a new request. Could you please let me know where I can write to obtain the invoice?
