Pro Version support does not reply emails

    Already sent emails but you don’t reply. As I see in this forum with similar cases I had to write here for get an answer. My license won’t activate. It just keeps saying Inactive so I am not getting any updates. I hope buying the pro version was a good decision.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
