    Hey @rayeason

With a recurring Pro Report, MainWP uses the schedule to determine the reporting period automatically, so when you set a monthly report for a future send date, it is preparing for the next scheduled cycle rather than letting you manually send the previously missed month.

If you need to send a report for a period that was missed, the best way is to temporarily change that report from Recurring to One-time. That will let you manually set the exact start and end dates for the period you want included, and then use Send Now to send it immediately.

Once that missed report has been sent, you can switch the report back to Recurring so future monthly reports continue on schedule.

    Thanks for the info.

But the problem is, the scheduled reports are being skipped and not sending. Manual reports work fine. So I have been trying to test the scheduling by setting one day ahead.

If the scheduled reports are being skipped, please open a private Help Desk ticket and we will gladly look into this: https://mainwp.com/my-account/get-support/
