Plugin and add-ons work! And customer service is helpful and responsive!
I prefer a portal or dashboard where you can separate each problem you’re having by submitting a support ticket, instead of a single mega chat thread. But that’s a minor nitpick so long as the issues get resolved.
As someone new to more designable email… I wish in the beginning, it was made more clear on what Pro included–in fact, what each version included (like each element, etc.). For example, I didn’t know if I needed the Container block. I didn’t know how it differed in terms of what I could build with it, as opposed to the other General elements.
I wish the docs were more easily accessible. And shown and made clear from the homepage and/or product pages. You have to search “YayMail Free vs Pro” on Google, or rather it’s the best way to get to it I’ve found.
Add-ons are pretty pricey. I mean the lifetime to be able to design 3 out of the 5 Stripe emails is $159 for the WooCommerce Stripe Add-on. And then you have to buy the add-on for designing your shipment tracking email notifications, which is another $150+ or so.
If you want more unified branding though, know that the plugin and add-ons work!
