Hello,
Can you please share your site link and explain it more? We have changed nothing related to it.

I only ever seem to have bizarre faults no-one else has!
I’m using the Post to Telegram plug-in.
When a post is made it is sent to a Telegram Group with a link, an excerpt, and a photo/picture if one exists in the content.
This stopped working after the theme update [no photo/picture].
Telegram plug-in support say they only publish the ‘featured image’ [which I never use].
After some debate I proved to them images from the post were shown in the Telegram widget and feed.
They then said the images must be ‘preview images’ – whatever that means. And they’re not provided by the plug in but by the way the Telegram service works.
However, the failure of images appearing coincided with the theme update I did.
I can even get the Telegram function to work if I update the last successful post prior to the theme upgrade.

I am confused now: It’s all to do with Rich Link Preview.
Telegram and others use it.
Twitter do also and that’s not working either.
If I tweet an article from a couple of days ago it works.
If I a tweet a recent article it doesn’t.
This may not be anything to do with Ocean but it happened after I updated Ocean.
CSS seems to have something to do with it but the CSS for an old post would be the same for a new one?
I think any service that uses Rich Link Previews will fail regarding my site.
With Telegram, I can paste a full link to an old page directly into telegram desktop and it works whilst a new page won’t

Ok – I think
Twitter, Telegram etcetera are using ‘Open Graph Meta Tags’ to provide the text & images used in their ‘Rich Link Preview’.
I got it working again by using the plug in ‘Simple Social Buttons’ – it is this plug in which generates the necessary & correct ‘Open Graph Meta Tags’.
Yoast & a couple of others provide this facility but are way to complicated.
I don’t think Ocean Theme has anything to do with these OG Meta Tags? But they are essential for social media.
This must have been a co-incidence.
I found the OG stuff by comparing page source on working and non-working examples.
The OceanWP theme has an Open Graph setting. You will see it under Customize > General Options > General Settings.
