Preload (Warm Cache) Feature?

To the developers/KeyCDN:

Is there any chance you would add a cache warming (i.e. cache preload) function to Cache Enabler? To have a button that would Clear and Preload Cache would pretty much make this the perfect caching plugin. Also if the “Create a cached version pre-compressed with Gzip” box is checked in settings, could you please have it create both plain html and gzip files for each cached page/post? Because the whole point of having cached files waiting is so visitors get a fast response, right? Without preloading, they still have to wait the first time.
