    I have done everything and setup Mailpoet correctly. After designing email my “send” button not clickable. Please advise.

    Hi @ancaancuta,

    Did you set the plugin to send the emails with your own sending service or do you have a subscription with us?

    If you do have a subscription with MailPoet, can you confirm it has been approved by our team?

    Please share your website’s domain with us and we can check if you have an account with us and what it’s current status.

    Hi @bruberries,

    I don’t have a subscription. I’m using Mailgun, and in the MailPoet module settings, under the ‘Send With’ tab, I selected ‘Other’ and configured the details. I tested it, and everything works fine on that part. However, when I try to create the template and send the newsletter, the ‘Send’ button does not appear.

    Hi there @ancaancuta,

    I just wanted to check in here to see if you were still having issues with sending. If you are still running into the same issue, please share a full-page screenshot of what you are seeing on the final step of the process when the Send button is not appearing.

    Also, please copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info, and send that over as well so we can take a look. Please be sure to remove any sensitive information like your email address before pasting the System Info here.
