possible for users to use it among them selves?

Hi,

I have a job board with buddypress and WPJM plugin among others.

Can this integrate well so that users, mainly candidates and employers, can chat with eachother and schedule live video calls with each other? Or is this out of scope of this plugin?

This plugin seems to be more focused on support between user and me as webadmin.
