Polylang and Yoast SEO Meta description

Hello,
I use Polylang in my blog http://www.travelplaces.gr/, which is in the Greek language.
I have translated two posts in English, but i have a problem with Yoast SEO Meta description. The problem is, that the Title is still in Greek.
Is there any solution about that?
