From what I can tell it looks as if some files are missing. Can you please delete the EDD plugin and then install it again via the Plugins > Add Plugin page and then search for “Easy Digital Downloads”?
If that still does not work, download the plugin zip via this link, https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/easy-digital-downloads.3.4.0.zip, then go to Plugins > Add Plugin, select Upload New at the top of the page and select the zip file you just downloaded.
Please give this a try and let us know if it works.
