Sorry about your trouble.
If you mean the blocks remaining on your pages after removing the plugin, this is the nature of Gutenberg block plugins. You’d need to remove the blocks if you decide to no longer use the related blocks plugin.
But if it’s not what I assumed, please let me know about the further details of the issue and I’ll try investigate what’s happening.

this is something else
I used the plugin to change the font size and indents.
Removed the plugin, but the changes remained in the code – standard Gutenberg blocks

Oh I see. Looks like the adjustments you made with “Custom Blocks Settings” extension of Kioken Blocks left a class residue on your markup.
This is a common trouble with many plugins with Block extensions and we’re looking into it.
For now I’m afraid I can’t provide a solution other than removing those classes manually :/ But we’re on this and will update once we fix that.
