I installed the plugin on our website and it seems to be working at first glance, however when google support ran a check with thier script it turned out that even after clicking “allow” all of the cookies remain blocked. What might be causing that?
We are using WP Rocket caching plugin if that is in any way important.
I had an issue with another caching plugin which caused the same. Try disabling it and see if it works. If it works without WP Rocket then contact their support.
When a cache plugin is installed please: 1) Follow this guide 2) Or disable all its features related to JS optimization/minification/loading delay which can break some plugins like ours

thank you for your replies. We checked everything you suggested, however nothing seems to help. Caching plugin doesn’t affect Complianz, because the problem remains even if we turn the WPRocket off.
The banner works, GTM is connected, but accepting the cookies does nothing.
1) Send me a screenshot about our plugin wizard “Statistics” and “Statistics configuration” 2) Send me a screenshot about the internal and external part of our GTM container 3) Send me a screenshot about the internal and external part of the Google Analytics 4 tag 4) Send me a screenshot about the tags you have in your GTM container
We do not have “Statistics configuration” tab, just the “Statistics” one.
What do you mean by “internal and external”?
Regarding GTM tags in our container – we have 43 tags, so I would have to post several screenshots. Perhaps it will be easier if I just tell you what is there: 2 Microsoft Clarity codes, Complianz code, Google Analytics main tag and conversion tags, FB pixel conversion tags, Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, conversion linker, enhanced conversion tag and 2 custom HTML tags from external providers whose name I would rather not share if it is not necessary.
if you don’t have the “Statistics configuration” section inside our plugin wizard it’s because you’re already embedding GA or GTM, you should disable/delete the old integrations you previously made and do it only with our plugin following this guide.
we followed your advice, deleted previous configuration and set GTM via Complianz plugin, however it did not work properly. Google Analytics didn’t show any errors and yet it received almost no data (1-2 visitors per day). Tags set in GTM only fired on selected pages of the website instead of on all of them. Is there any way we could use Complianz without having to implement GTM via your plugin?
