Just to let you know that in incognito mode the plug in it’s working…
I have followed the cache rules and now it doesn’t work on mobile the desktop seems to be ok…
I was wondering if there is any support at all…the plug in is not updated for more than 3 months?

Thanks for using our plugins.
We can see the banner both in desktop and mobile view (positioned at the top of the screen).
If you don’t see the updates correctly, the best is to view the site in a private browsing window or you can use a different browser to ensure that your local cache does not interfere (same on mobile phone, please use private browsing with no other tab open).
