Hi, I’m using the plugin and have configured everything I am seeing a 0% overlap in the Pixel + CAPI Transaction IDs for the Purchase event.
I have over 200 orders coming in a everything else I’ve seen is fine, It seems to be a plugin issue. Please check and fix it.
Snap events manager is giving this error:

CAPI – Low transaction ID overlap between event sources

Required for “Good” score |Medium impact

We’ve noticed only 0% of transaction_ids overlap between your Purchase events sent via CAPI and Pixel.

    Hi Sherry,

Thank you for sharing those details about the Snapchat for WooCommerce plugin and the issue you’re encountering with the 0% overlap in Pixel and CAPI transaction IDs for the Purchase event. I understand how important accurate tracking is for your business, especially when you have over 200 orders coming in.

I configured my test site with and tried reproducing the issue, but the data hasn’t populated yet in Event Manager.

In the meantime, the “CAPI – Low transaction ID overlap between event sources” error typically indicates that the transaction IDs sent via the Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) are not matching as expected, which can happen due to plugin configuration or data synchronization issues.

Here are some steps to help:

    • Ensure that both WooCommerce and the Snapchat for WooCommerce plugin are updated to their latest versions. Compatibility updates often fix tracking and pixel-related bugs.
    • Verify that the plugin is sending the same unique transaction_id for both the Pixel and CAPI events. You might want to check the plugin settings or documentation to ensure this is configured properly.
    • If you use any caching or optimization plugins, briefly clear those caches. Sometimes, delayed or cached scripts can disrupt event synchronization. You can also try disconnecting and reconnecting the Snapchat integration to force a fresh sync.
    • Using the browser’s developer tools or event manager debugging tools, inspect the events fired at checkout and purchase completion to verify the transaction_id values.
    • Snap Pixel Helper extension (available for Chrome) can give detailed info on pixel and CAPI events.

If that doesn’t help, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.
