Password reset issue

    If I do use any sort of Cookies Consent banner on my website once user click the Password Reset link, gets the message Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

    Any solutions?

    Hello @moonstonegoldlimited,

    The password reset feature may not work if your site uses a plugin that blocks or caches cookies. This problem is described in the article Password Reset doesn’t work

    If you use the Cookies Consent tool, then users must agree to the use of cookies before requesting a password reset.

    Users should be able to either accept or reject cookies, and cookie acceptance must not be a requirement for resetting a password.

    I don’t have blocking or caching in my site, and get both issues: “Your password reset appears to be invalid…” and “Wrong password” wether I send activation emails, reset links, or wether users requests both from their end. I have a line o people waiting for this issue to be solved.
