• Hi,

    I have an issue with partial refund as i have purchased 3 products and 2 another products.
    Then i try to partially refund the products, i first refund 2 out of 3 products and then try to refund the same product, this time i am able to refund the same product 3 times with success.

    We have done some testing and this issue is related WooCommerce and is not an issue that comes from our Nexi Checkout plugin. The issue persists even without the Nexi Checkout plugin being activated. I suggest that you contact WooCommerce support regarding this issue.

    Hey Brother,

    If we do any other medium of purchase, it halts and don’t let us refund it more than the items, The AJAX response is sending the data to your server for confirmation and returns the refund not WooCommerce.

    So kindly have look into it as we have this as a blocker.

    Hi @wparslan,

    If you try and deactivate the Nexi Checkout plugin and then purchase the same order items but via the WooCommerce direct bank transfer payment method instead. Do you still get the same issue with being able to refund the same product more then purchased?
