Didn’t see this previously, also getting the following…

If I may more suggestions?
1.) Move the “Remove Autoload” / “Delete Option” buttons to the left side of the screen. (with the latest update, V 1.0.1, the css remedy is still making a mess of things)
2.) Give us another button: Please provide something along the lines of… “Dismiss for 1 week” — Reason being is that, I was able to delete approximately 100 or so options before I started running into options that I know are valid, for plugins that are installed and active, I want to be able to skip over these options, so if I come back a few hours later, I do not have to read them/figure them out again.
Now a new issue, when changing value for “entries per page”, the Remove/Delete buttons go dead, are unresponsive.
I think both your issues have been fixed, the fatal in 1.0.1, the other in 1.0.2 🙂
V 1.1 working perfectly, thanks @joostdevalk for creating this super helpful tool, also thanks to @rogierlankhorst, love how the WP community comes together. Here comes the much deserved 5-Star Review!
