    Yes, the support is active.

    If the page keeps reloading every time you add a snippet, the first step to troubleshoot this would be to see if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict. To do this, please follow the steps suggested here https://docs.themeisle.com/wordpress/theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide to safely disable all other plugins/customization you might have and try in Troubleshooting mode with just Woody to add a snippet.

    If the issue is visible just with Woody installed, let us know. If not, try to re-enable each plugin one by one to see which one is causing issues.

    Yes, I tried everything. Plugins, caching, even checked with a different theme. Same error.

    Yes, happening with every kind of snippet.

    Haven’t checked the console error though.

    Yes, please check that too. It’s very weird. And difficult to troubleshoot without having access to the site.

    Maybe you can also create a short recording showcasing the issue. Maybe somethings pops up in the video, showing where the issue is coming from, as I’m not able to replicate anything similar for the moment.

    Wanted to update that it has now been resolved. I asked the hosting to look into the matter again and they were able to tweak some settings and make it work.
