Output buffering is disabled

I get this error:

1. Output buffering is disabled, setting Masking all links will not work. Please contact your system administrator or customer support to resolve this issue.

2. I also can’t make redirection work for whatsapp links, the following has been added to the exception: https://api.whatsapp.com/ https://www.whatsapp.com/ https://wa.me/ I also disabled Checking the URL of the referring site. Check the referrer header and limit redirects if it is not your own website. Useful against spoofing attacks. but it doesn’t help!
