Hey @seanm9999,
Thank you for contacting us.
I tried to check your site to replicate the issue but your site is under maintenance mode, can you please remove it for a while so that our team can check the issue?
Best regards
Hey Kush,
Sorry for the delay in responding and thanks in advance. I’ve tried a couple things like delaying the order of script loading. Any help is much appreciated. Prior to some recent updates everything was playing together very nicely.
I’ve turned off coming soon mode.
Thanks again for looking at this.
Best

Although otter blocks are in use on other pages only the front page at: https://booth-dev.newsfromtherealworld.com/ is being effected.
The metaslider being effected is in the header. When loading or refreshing the page it appears briefly then disappears.
Hi,
To troubleshoot this I suggest you:
Kind regards,
Rodica
I tried the rollback, it didn’t help. I will follow the suggestions above. I’ve disabled otter blocks. Have a look now and the metaslider works as it should. The metaslider is actually more important than the otter accordion, it provides navigation for most of the site. At this point I might have to stop using otter and try some different solutions.
Have a look and I will continue to troubleshoot.
Best
Sean
After some additional troubleshooting it appears there is a conflict with Neve FSE’s visibility conditions. I have a template on the same page which is using visibility and screen size to serve a version for mobile. The banner for the mobile version also has a metaslider with a different ID of course. If I allow the mobile banner and ms to be visible on the desktop, the problem goes away and otter works as it should. The issue also clears up if I remove the metaslider from the mobile template, Not what I want , but I can live with it.
So yes, this is not strictly an otter blocks issue rather some conflict with several plugins and otter is just one.
I suppose this issue is closed….
Thanks for your help.
Ok, thank you for the update.
