Orders deleted when plugin removed

Hello, I received a notification that there is a fatal error with your plugin so I ended up deactivating and deleting it. I noticed that after doing so all the orders which I changed the status of using the app were removed. Thankfully they have returned after reinstalling the app. But this shouldn’t be an issue. There should be a way to revert them back to complete when the app is removed.
