    Hi, I have just started using the PPOM basic package as a test, I have 4 options set up across multiple products, when customers select an option that price is not transferred across to the cart, instead only the none PPOM price is. However if you close the cart and re-open it the price has updated to the correct PPOM option price. moving to checkout also shows the correct price.

    the confusion is causing increased contacts from customers.

    using version 33.0.12

    Hi, I would like to move to pro eventually as I’d like the ability to track stock of the variants, but i’m loathe to do so whilst this issue remains, once it’s sorted and if you your plugin can support my requirements I will upgrade

    thanks

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I’ve checked your site, and from the look of it, this seems to be a compatibility issue coming either from your theme or from the other plugins you are using.

    To test this, I would suggest you see if the same issue happens with no other plugins activated, besides PPOM and WooCommerce, and with a different default theme. You can do this by following the steps provided here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide

    Kind regards!
