    Is it possible to add a variable that displays the weak review rule above 4 stars instead of the location?

    I don’t understand what you meant by “week review rule”, is it like with items whose average rating is 4 star, the message shows something like “Did not mention any negatives”?

    Got it. Currently, there’s no option to include “top reviews” in the notification content. The message is fully customizable by the admin, but that particular feature isn’t available at the moment. That said, I’ve shared your suggestion with our production team so they can consider it for future improvements.
